Section 19
Official dignity and conduct to be followed
(1) The chairman and members of the commission shall follow the following official dignity:-
(a) To protect and promote the rights and interests of the Tharu community and discharge their official duties independently, impartially and honestly for the empowerment of the Tharu community,
(b) Not to do any work that disturbs the relations between different castes, communities and sects, (2) The chairman and members of the commission shall comply with the official conduct according to this Act or the prevailing federal law.
